How to make
with Mash Potato
Ingredients:
1. 2 pieces of chicken thigh
or leg 450g (keep skin on)

1 piece ginger around 10cm,
3. 5 cloves of garlic

1tsp. salt
5. ½ tsp. pepper
6. 1tsp. oregano
7. 1tsp. basil
8. 1tsp. coriander powder
9. Juice 1 large lime
or 2 tbsp.of lime juice
10. 1tsp. Turmeric powder

Method :
1. Put the oven on at around
270 degrees
2. Place ginger ,garlic
,lime juice and grind in the grinder to form a paste.
3. Wash the chicken with warm
water and drain .
4. Rub the paste and the left ingredients coriander
and turmeric powder on the chicken, leave to marinade for 15 mins.
5. Cut the small onion into 5 pieces and place in oven tray
6. Then place the chicken on to an oven tray
7. Bake for 40 mins.

Ingredients For Mash Potato :
1. 3 large potatoes, peeled
2. 1 tsp salt
3. ½ tsp. black pepper
4. ¾ cup milk
5. 2 tablespoons unsalted
butter
6. 1/2 cup sour cream

1. Peel the potatoes and boil
in 4 cups of water in a large pot.
2. Bring to boil and then
reduce the flame. For around 10-15 mins
3. Then in another pot put
milk and butter and bring to a boil then leave on the side.
4. Remove the boiled potatoes
and place in a large bowl and crush.
5. Gradually add the milk and
butter mixture, mix well
6. Then add sour cream, salt
and pepper.
7. Then it is ready to serve. (If you want a more creamy mash then blend the mixture in the blender)
