Recipe #28 HOW TO MAKE Garlic Mushroom Tagliatelle

HOW TO MAKE 
Garlic Mushroom Tagliatelle


This is aimed for people who live in dorms or people on a very tight schedule

Ingredients you will need:
  1. 3 cups water 
  2. 1/2 tbsp. salt 
  3. 4 nests of tagliatelle pasta
  4. 2 tbsp. olive oil 
  5. 4 garlic cloves chopped finely 
  6. 7-8 large mushrooms chopped 
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp. pepper 
  9. 1/2 tbsp. oregano 
  10. 1/2 tbsp. basil 
  11. 100 ml light cooking cream (I use Elle and Vire)
Method:
  1. In a pan add water and salt and bring to a boil.
  2. Then add the pasta and cook for around 7-9 minutes.
  3. Strain the pasta once ready
  4. In a seperate pan add olive oil , once it is hot add the chopped garlic.
  5. Then add chopped mushrooms , don't stir a lot as it spoils the texture of the mushrooms
  6. Once it turns golden brown add salt to taste ,pepper,oregano and basil.
  7. Then add the light cooking cream.
  8. Then mix in the pasta and plate and enjoy !
