Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients you will need:
1. 3 cups water
2. 3/4 tbsp. salt
3. 200 grams Chinese Noodles ( around 2 cups )
4. 1 defrosted chicken breast
5. 2 tbsp. oil ( use any oil as to your preference )
6. 2 garlic cloves chopped
7. 1/2 tsp. salt
8. 1 tsp. paprika
9. 1/2 tsp. pepper
10. 3 stems spring onion chopped
11.1/2 cup sugar snaps
12. 3 tbsp. soya suac

Method:
1. Place 3 cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil.
2. Add 3/4 tbsp. salt and mix well.
3. When the water has started to boil add the Chinese noodles. (Chinese noodles don't take as long as regular pasta to get ready leave it for around 7 minutes). Then strain the noodles
4.Slice the chicken breast into thin slices
5.In a seperate pan add oil and garlic cloves.
6. Place chicken don't initially move , flip them over once a white coat forms on the edges.
7. Flip the chicken slices over , then add spring onion and sugar snaps.
8. Then add soya sauce and combine.
9. Add noodles and combine you can top with coriander leaves or Raddish based on ur liking
