How to make
Salmon with Sun dried Tomato and asparagus
Ingredients:
1. 6 ounces Salmon fillet
2. 5 cloves of garlic
3. 1 inch of ginger
4. 1/4 cup water
5. 1/2 tbsp. salt
6. 1/2 tbsp. pepper
7. 1/4 tbsp. oregano
8. 1/4 tbsp. basil
9. 1 tbsp. olive oil
10. 1 small tomato
11. 1 lemon ( 1/2 lemon cut for juice , 1/2 cut slices to place on top )
12. 250 grams of asparagus
13. 1/2tbsp. salt

Method :
1. First take the salmon and defrost it ,then pat it dry with a cloth
2. Then place garlic ,ginger and water and grind to form a paste
3. Then mix salt and pepper in the paste.
4. Place the salmon in the baking tray (Make sure the skin is faced down)
5. Then pour the paste on salmon and leave to marinade for 20 minutes
6. Then place cut tomato and lemon on the top.
7. After that drizzle the olive oil on the top
8. Then sprinkle oregano and basil on top
9. Place in Oven for 50 minutes at 220 degrees until the salmon has a slight golden look on the top.(Make sure you wrap the oven tray with aluminium foil)
10.Boil asparagus with salt in a pan for 8 minutes then drain
11. Serve salmon with asparagus
