Recipe #15 Parfait with Granola

HOW TO MAKE 
Parfait with Granola
(This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast)

Serves:1 person
 Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients :
1.    5 tbsp. yoghurt 
2.    1 tbsp. of rasberry jam (or your favourite jam)
3.    1 Granola bar crushed (you can buy this or make it)
4.    1 plum chopped into pieces
5.    3 tbsp. of  flaked almond 

Method  :

1.    First mix youghurt an jam well in a seperate bowl ( using a fork helps make it nice and thin )
2.    Then place granola ,almond,plum 3.    

Optional:
you can be creative and add any nuts and fruits you like.
